The Company commenced operations to commercialize a unique, proprietary stem cell produts including embryonic like stem cell,
neural stem cell,mesenchymal stem cell,IPS and genetic testing that measures level of oncogenes to diagnose cancers .
AgingOff's genetic testing technology was developed at the Chicago University in a research project conducted by the
Clinton Foundation for Research. The Foundation received a patent covering the oncogene testing process and the culture
medium used in the process. AgingOff acquired the rights to an exclusive license of the patent from the Foundation and our
genetic testing was made available to practitioners.
In 2009, we expanded our specialized offerings to include the nutritional supplement (CytoEnergy™), using cool extraction
technology invented at Illinois to provide the most advanced utility of collagen with other ingredients such as mushroom
